Revenue Reel Inc. (“Revenue Reel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates revenuereel.pro. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit the site, submit an application, schedule a call, or communicate with us.

Information you provide. Our application may collect your name, work email, company name, company website, role or title, company size, business challenge, service interest, expected start timing, filming location, and any additional information you choose to provide. When you schedule a call, we may receive your name, email address, selected meeting time, time zone, and scheduling details. We also collect information you send by email or during business communications.
Technical information. Framer and embedded service providers may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, approximate location, and security or diagnostic data. Embedded tools may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies needed to operate, secure, and improve their services.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to evaluate and respond to applications; determine business fit; schedule and conduct calls; communicate about requested services; prepare proposals; operate, secure, and improve the website and workflow; prevent spam, fraud, and misuse; maintain business records; and comply with legal obligations. We may send marketing communications only as permitted by law. You may opt out of promotional email at any time, although we may still send necessary service-related messages.
SERVICE PROVIDERS AND EMBEDDED TOOLS
We use Framer to host this website, Tally to collect applications, Calendly to schedule qualified calls, and Google Calendar and Google Meet to manage meetings. The application also uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention. Information you submit may be processed by these providers under their own terms and privacy notices. Tally processes form responses on our behalf. Calendly processes booking information on our behalf, and booking details may be shared with Google Calendar and Google Meet to create and conduct the meeting. These providers may process information in the United States, the European Union, or other locations where they operate.
HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that support our website, forms, scheduling, communications, security, and business operations; to professional advisers where reasonably necessary; when required by law or legal process; to protect Revenue Reel, our users, or others; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets. Providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.
COOKIES AND CHOICES
Revenue Reel does not currently use advertising cookies on this site. Embedded services may use strictly necessary, functional, security, or preference technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser and, where offered, through the provider’s cookie controls. Blocking required technologies may prevent the application or scheduler from working correctly.
RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business and legal records, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
